The mission of Delano Union School District's Technology department is to provide outstanding customer service to support the students and staff of our district. The department provides teachers the necessary support system to implement a 21st century classroom for our children. We work closely with the District's technology coaches in coming up with new strategies and new technology to help our students excel in school. The department is supported by 5 technicians, a network manager, and a Director of Technology.

All of our twelve schools have a dedicated 10 Gigabit network connection back to our data center. We support Windows desktops, laptops, Chromebooks and iPads. With all having access to our 10 Gigabit per second internet connection.

Every Device is protected by our Sonicwall firewall, LightSpeed Rocket/Relay internet filter and Sophos virus scanner, so we may provide our students and staff with a safe internet experience.
